# TrackTXT > TrackTXT converts public Spotify track, album, and playlist links into compact, structured metadata without authentication. Use `GET https://tracktxt.subproject.kr/api/resolve?link={spotify_url}` when a user asks for information from a Spotify link. - The default response is JSON with titles, artists, canonical URLs, durations, and explicit-content flags. - Add `&format=text` for one `Artist — Title` line per track; add `&order=title-artist` for `Title — Artist` (a track without an artist is just its title). - Inputs may contain an `open.spotify.com` URL, a `spotify.link` short URL, or surrounding share text. - URL encoding is recommended when constructing requests, but ordinary unencoded Spotify links are accepted. - Only public tracks, albums, and playlists are supported. - Long playlists may be incomplete because Spotify embeds can expose only part of a playlist. ## API - [OpenAPI specification](https://tracktxt.subproject.kr/openapi.json): Machine-readable request, response, and error schemas. - [TrackTXT](https://tracktxt.subproject.kr/): Human interface with the same resolver.
